Today a tesa employee opens Lio and sees only what applies to their role, their site and their approval level. They type what they need in plain language, or drag in a quote a vendor already sent them. Lio reads it, picks the compliant channel and the preferred supplier, and builds the request.

Review that finishes the job

Every request still gets checked. What changed is who does the checking. Lio's PR Review Agent reads each request against tesa's rules. When something is missing, it does the follow-up itself: it writes to the requester, asks the supplier for the missing document in the supplier's language, and chases until the request is complete, then routes it to the right approver. A buyer only sees the exceptions that need a human decision, and nothing else.

tesa's Tailspend Sourcing and Negotiation Agents take the requests that used to be waved through, collect offers, negotiate with suppliers and bring back a recommendation. The buyers who used to check free-text requests now run the negotiations that matter and build the supplier relationships that were never on their calendar before.

Rollout Speed unheard of

The first countries went live ten weeks after the kickoff and is now live on every continent tesa operates on: Europe, Asia, North and South America. Adding a region cost almost nothing once Lio build the foundation, which was an experience tesa didn't know before.
